The PD sander is a long standing automatic sander in use in many countries across the world. Available in three lengths to take 500mm, 900mm, and 1200mm turnings, up to 100mm x 100mm section for fully automatic feed, or 200mm for semi-automatic feed. Key to its operation and effectiveness is fast counter rotation through 5 sanding stations on the machine, before the pieces are ejected. Sanding cloths range from coarse to fine and with a double oscillation to each piece, the amount of sanding is variable depending on the profile of the piece. Output is also variable from 340 to 2000 pieces per hour depending on pieces to be sanded.
