The VKS is a fully automatic Variety Lathe for turnings up to 150mm in length and 85mm diameter from square stock up to 1.0m in length. Hopper fed and electronic control there are additional options to help maximise production and reduce waste. Purchasers of this machine can choose to opt for an automatic stayring lubricator or to reduce waste we have the option of a special mandrel and ejector to reduce the waste left at the end of each piece. Machine output varies between 180 to 1,500 pieces / hour and each piece can be pre-drilled in the same cycle of operation as the form knives. Ideally suited for small wooden components like wooden balls, furniture knobs, toy components and other variable pieces.
